The Ontario Blue Jays began in 1996 as an alternative option for those baseball players in the Greater Toronto Area looking to pursue collegiate and professional opportunities. Since '96, the Ontario Blue Jays have continued to grow with the help of great leadership, tireless work and dedication to assert the program as the best amateur program in the nation.
The Ontario Blue Jays or more commonly "OBJ" enters it's 26th Season as what has undoubtedly become a National Brand amongst amateur baseball programs not only within Canada but across the World. These OBJ successes have not been stumbled upon or inherited. They have come from an unprecedented commitment to developing and helping raise great young men into exceptional baseball players and even better people in the community.
The OBJ baseball program builds a team oriented, professional, championship culture that is displayed on and off the field. OBJ plays top competition in both Canada and the United States while attending top showcase tournaments and events year-round. The Ontario Blue Jays is built to prepare student-athletes for the next level, with emphasis on teamwork, discipline and dedicating themselves to baseball year round. OBJ is designed to prepare student-athletes for the next level which is completed by providing opportunities that are second-to-none in Canada.
