Our Future/Junior Jay programming is an all encompassing, comprehensive off-season training program that is tailored for any young baseball player, ages 6 through 12, who are looking to advance their skills and reach their full potential.
During these weekly two-hour sessions, we will focus on various aspects of the game including fundamentals at all positions, hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, team concepts and overall baseball IQ. All of our coaches and instructors are committed to the growth and development of each player, but also a positive and supportive environment both on and off the field.
Participating in this program not only offers training, but can also lead to other available opportunities, whether that be Sandlot Sluggers experiences in the USA, or future opportunities as a full-time OBJ player from 13U to 18U. This program serves as a valuable stepping stone to potential future success within the Ontario Blue Jays organization.
