Potter to Western Nebraska

The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that LHP Griffin Potter (Kincardine, ON) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Western Nebraska Community College (NJCAA DI - Scottsbluff, NE). Potter joined the Ontario Blue Jays during his 16U season and his commitment has been unwavering since that day despite the distance between his family home in Kincardine and The Athlete Matrix in Mississauga.

Griffin will join his older brother and fellow LHP Will at Western Nebraska alongside Freshman OF Dylan Jones (Brampton, ON). Potter will look to jump into a strong Cougars rotation as they continue to push towards a Region 9 Championship. Potter brings with him a unique energy on the mound, with great stuff and incredible level of compete. 

Griffin Potter will be the third Ontario Blue Jays player to attend Western Nebraska Community College.
