Jones Commits to Western Nebraska

The Ontario Blue Jays are excited to announce that OF Dylan Jones (Brampton, ON) has committed to further his academic and baseball career at Western Nebraska Community College (NJCAA D1 - Scottsbluff, NE). Jones is a long time Ontario Blue Jays player, joining as a 13-year old and playing all the way through until his graduation from North Park Secondary School in 2020. Jones has been instrumental in each team that he has been apart of during his OBJ career.

Jones will be joining a Western Nebraska Cougars team that continues to push to the top of the Region 9 standings each year with aspirations to travel down the road to the NJCAA College World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado. Dylan will be an aggressive, team first style of play to a Cougars program that is look to take that next step towards a conference championship.

Jones will be the second Ontario Blue Jays player to attend Western Nebraska Community College and will join 2019 OBJ Graduate, Will Potter on the Cougars roster.
