Conner Morro joined the Ontario Blue Jays Coaching Staff in 2019, after his collegiate playing career finished. Conner is a homegrown Ontario Blue Jay, he played for OBJ from 2012-2016 where he was apart of one of the winningest teams in OBJ History including the Mickey Mantle World Series Championship in 2013.
After graduating the program in 2016, Conner went onto Chattanooga State Community College in Tennessee where he was a two-year starter for the Tigers before transferring to Canisius College (NCAA DI) in Buffalo, New York. Morro lead the Golden Griffs in his time in Buffalo, playing shortstop in both seasons. After his collegiate career ended, Conner had opportunities to play overseas but decided to begin his coaching career with OBJ.
Conner brings a wealth of knowledge with him to the organization in his role as both Director of Player Development and Strength Coordinator. Conner has a Bachelor of Science from Canisius College as well as his CSCS and TPI Certifications.
Conner has continued to play in his years after college both with the Barrie Baycats and now Guelph Royals of the Intercounty Baseball League.
